He was born on August 29, 1952 in Luxora, AR to Robert Berry and Reida Paschal Berry. He was raised and attended school in Keiser, AR. In Memory STANLEY ALLEN WAGGONER Stanley Allen Waggoner was born April 29, 1949 in Marlow, OK to Wesley and Lorilda Waggoner and passed away June 20, 2019 at the age of 70. He was a resident of the Watonga community his whole life, where he worked as a mail carrier, sales manager, and a watch repairman.
