In Memory ORVILLE (CHICK) MILES Orville (Chick) Miles was born May 19, 1925 to Ella and Cliff Miles in Okeene, Oklahoma and passed away July 26, 2019 at the age of 94.. He lived in Okeene his entire life. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Okeene. Chick graduated from Okeene High School in 1943. After graduation he joined the US Navy where he served on his ship, the USS Salamaua, an escort carrier in World War II After returning home, he married Gene Laubach.

DELORES ANN EWERS Delores Ann Ewers was born in Waterloo, Iowa, on August 14, 1935. She was the oldest of seven children. Dee learned many skills from being the oldest in a large farm family and her ability to learn quickly helped her to be successful in a wide variety of positions including being a telephone operator, working as a saleswoman, making wedding cakes, working as a legal secretary, owning her own successful restaurant, and driving a cross-country semi-truck. Eley Toliver Eggar-August 4, 1934-July 24, 2019 Eley Toliver Eggar was born to Hattie and Eley Owen Eggar on August 4, 1934 in Snowmac, Oklahoma. The town was so small there wasn’t a school, so he attended and graduated from Wolf Schools in 1951. He worked at Auto Light Battery Company until the fall of 51 when he enrolled at the University of Oklahoma.
