CHARLES RAY WHITE
September 29, 1929 - August 30, 2019
Charles was born to Charles H. White and Willie Hickman White in Healdton, OK where he also grew up, attended, and graduated school. He passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 at the age of 89.
He and his lifelong sweetheart, Donna Lou Sigler were married December 24, 1948 and raised 3 children together- Michael Ray, Janet Sue, and Marsha Lynne.
Charles worked for and retired from Sunoco Oil Co. and they lived in Seminole, Healdton, and Watonga throughout their lives. He was an avid fisherman and spent much time at Texoma. He was very active in the Watonga Christian Church, where he served as a deacon, elder, and treasurer and was also an active member of the community. He helped with the Cheese Festival and the Trout Derby, along with serving on the Sr. Citizens Board where he delivered meals and was known for generously giving his woodwork away.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Watonga Christian Church, St. Jude’s, or the Watonga Sr. Citizen Center.

Charles was proceeded in death by his parents, Charles and Willie White, and his sister, Dorothy Bivings.
He was survived by his wife, Donna White of the home in Watonga, OK.

As well as numerous nephews, nieces, and family members.
Funeral services for Charles White will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at the First Christian Church of Watonga. Burial will follow on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Arrangements by Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga, OK
