MITCHELL DUANE SMITH

Mitchell Duane Smith was born August 8, 1950 at Watonga, Oklahoma to James and Esta (Harden) Smith and passed away January 3, 2019 at the age of 68.

He was a resident of the Watonga community his entire life only leaving to serve in the United States Navy and attended Watonga Schools. Mitchell was very creative and loved to build and “tinker” with many things. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and fishing.

He was married to Carol Saeger and Leta Loneman.

Mitchell was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Leta and one son; Jeremy Smith

He is survived by: Three sons; Casey Smith of Kansas, Jedediah Smith of Watonga, and John Keeton of Minnesota. Four daughters; Krissy Johnson of Kansas, Gaylene Parker of Texas, Ramanda Garcia of Texas and Lillian Lloyd of Fay, Oklahoma, several grandchildren and three great grandchildren. As well as many other friends and relatives.

Memorial services for Mitchell will be held at a later date by his family.
