Dwayne Otis Edsall was born April 19, 1931, at Watonga, Oklahoma, to James and Zella Maddux Edsall, and passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022, at the age of 90. He was a resident of the Watonga community for his entire life, where he was farmer. Shirley Ann Koehn was born August 19, 1948, in Fairview, Oklahoma, to Raymond and Freda Rehl, and she died Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at the age of 73. She was a resident of the Okeene community for 40+ years, where she worked at the Okeene Municipal Hospital doing laundry for 27 years.
