James “Jimmie” Ray Walker was born July 16, 1941, at Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed away July 4, 2021, at the age of 79. He joined and served in the Air Force, and he was a resident of the Watonga community for 41 years where he worked at Opportunities Inc. for many years.
