In Memory of Gary Daukei

Gary Floyd Daukei was born April 26, 1969 at Clinton, Oklahoma to Horace Daukei and Erma Whiteagle Blackbear and passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at the age of 51.

Gary was a resident of the Watonga community his entire life. He attended Anadarko and Watonga schools and was a craftsman of native American beading.

He was a member of the Indian Baptist Church in Watonga. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews and loved beading.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Waldo Daukei and one sister, Norma Daukei Capshew.

He is survived by four brothers: Gene Daukei of Farmington, NM, James Daukei of Watonga, OK, Charles Daukei of Santa Fe, NM, and David Tasso of Okc, OK. Six sisters; Mada Daukei of Watonga, OK, Beverly Daukei of Okc, OK, Juanita Daukei of Watonga, OK, Phyllis Daukei of Watonga, OK, Caroline Brown of Shawnee, OK and Marilyn Barr of Shawnee, OK. Several nieces and nephews as well as many relatives and friends.

Memorial graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Concho Cemetery in Concho, Oklahoma. Arrangements by Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga, OK
